We use red oak in our smoker which gives our slow-smoked meats the flavors of BBQ that you love. I visited this place for the first time last Sunday, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The wait for the food was definitely worth it. I started with the belly pork appetizer, which was quite good, and it was even better the next day when I reheated it. Even the ribs I ordered stayed tender and tasty. Overall, it was a great experience and worth both the money and the wait. I'll definitely swing by again when I happen to be passing through town.

AMAZING! Put this gem on your must try restaurants. The atmosphere is laid back. It’s family style. There are games to play, an old trolly to see, fun decorations and the best BBQ. We ordered brisket poboys and fried catfish. Everything was great! Service was excellent as well.

Wow, why wouldn't you give this place 5 stars? We had an amazing experience!!! The moment we walked in the door they greeted us like family. The food was awesome and the service was exceptional!! Kelsey was on top of things. We came here with reasonable expectations but we will always come back!! Outstanding overall and what a neat place to boot!! Oh and they are pet friendly on the patio!!
